My pieces are all personally hand crafted, not machine fabricated, so tailored cosmetic imperfections are considered and woven into the designs to maintain a non-machine based, bespoke aesthetic. These uneven, skewed and intertwined elements are critical to the character, aesthetic and language of my handcrafted technique.

YOUR ORDER
Custom made-to-measure orders require a 50% deposit on the full quoted item price only. (excluding the additional shipping and handling fee)
Please shop carefully as all items are handmade designer pieces & NO refunds or exchanges will be given if you change your mind.
Colours may vary between computer screens. All display & descriptions on the colour are given with best intention however we will not be responsible for wrong choices or colour variations. I recommend asking for a small product sample, which can be posted at buyers expence.
Customers are responsible for suppling correct delivery information.
Please check your details: Once your order has been shipped we are unable to make changes to your order or delivery details.
Tracking number will be supplied on shipments. Please arrange for someone to be home to sign & receive your shipment.

RETURNS
We do not accept returns on custom made pieces or sample sale pieces. Each piece is quality inspected before being shipped. Please request extra photos of the piece you are considering before committing to purchase. Each design piece is hand crafted so intertwined, textured & uneven finishes are critical to the aesthetic language into my work.
FAULTS
Once the items have been received they will undergo a quality review and once cleared, an exchanged item or a refund of purchase price (excluding original shipping cost) can be arranged via the payment method used during your purchase. We endeavor to process refunds as soon as they are approved however please allow 5 working days for returns to be processed. You will receive an email notification on the status of your refund or exchange once processed.
We do not refund shipping charges unless your items are faulty. Exchanges will be resent at your cost. Erica Gray is not liable for the loss of items being returned & recommends using a trackable delivery method and taking note of your tracking number.
